    B16 flywheel swap onto F or H.

I heard from a reputable source that the B16a flywheel will bolt up to a F or H as long as you use the B16a clutch. Is this factory flywheel lighter? I have one laying around but I dont wanna use it for my 5 speed swap if it isnt any lighter than what a stock F22a flywheel is. Anybody got any good info to give me?

it might bolt up but the starter might not be able to reach the teeth on the flywheel. measure it to see if its the same diameter as an h or f series flywheel.

I would think no for various reasons. Best bet, during your swap, compare the two w/someone who knows swaps.

Its been done before. Everything bolts right up and everything as long as you use B16 everything as far as the clutch goes. But I heard that its no lighter than an F22a.

But this is good for us because if somebody you know has the combo to sell at a good price it will work. I am starting to wonder what other flywheels fit our motors.
