      Well...

      -Pull the old motor

      -Drop the new one in

-Add VTEC, knock sensors, and IAB

-COnvert the distrubitor to internal, or find a way to run external.

Thats basically it. Search the site and you will find more than enough info, and dont bother paying for it on ebay. You can get it all free here. Trust me, i was freaking out before I did my swap, and I got all my info off here and accordinglydone.com, and I was fine.

Yup, you can find all the info you need for free.. dont pay for it. The only real pains you may encounter, is the wiring. I would suggest pulling the old motor, cleaning the engine bay, and getting all the wiring done while its out of the car. I redid my whole wiring harness when the engine was out, so it looks stock now, and it was a much easier when i put it in.

Yup, thats exactly what I did. Take the time to clean up your harness, and retape anything that needs it too.

Also, dont get intimidated by the wiring. All you have to do is add 4 wires and a ground, and re-arrange a few thigns by the thermostat (all you have to do is cut open the F22 harness, move a few thigns around, and retape it) I ended up using what was left of my H22 harness, made a subharness that I ziptied to the F22 harness, and ran that throught the hole in my firewall. Easy as that. I even made a connection terminal thing (ala stock) at the strut tower, for easy maitnence.
