    compression and valve clearance

Ok be4 the bashing starts since this a Frank engine build...and yes I have searched but haven’t found my answers in FULL.

I have some compression questions and some valve clearance questions.
So how much can I mill h22 head SAFLEY without having valve clearance issues with the f22 pistons??

I’m trying to get as much compression out of this as I can WITH OUT touching my block.
So just slapping the h22 head on the f22a block my compression drops to 8:4:1 from 8:8:1 if I’m not mistaken. I would like to raise it up as much as I can b/c I will be running this set up n/a for a few months be4 the turbo kit comes into play and I would love to use vtec a little bit be4 I add the turbo.
What are some short cuts I can do to bump up the compression??..I was thinkin of the high compression skunk 2 valves since they can help add more compression…unless I have read some info wrong. Also I’m also thinking of using a single layer head gasket.

So if you have any info on what I can do PLEASE post up…
Why I don’t want to touch my block is b/c I don’t really want to use the f22 block and I’m on a budget right now I just want this back in my car so I can drive her. Iv been out of my car for few months and I really need her. I’m looking for a f23 block so I can really build the block like I want. But that’s later on right now my goal is getting my car running but with a little pep in her step…then add the turbo few months later on.

*edit* this is a h22a4 head on a f22a1 block or as some ppl know it as a "g22 vtec"

    Thanx in advance
    Ryan
