    Lord, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to hide the bodies
of those people I had to kill because they pissed me off.

Are you serious??? In case you are, why don't you start by removing the PS pump and bracket, belt, fluid reservoir and call it a day. Try to disconnect the pressure line from the rack if you think its on your way.

All the work shouldn't take you more than 2 hours.

You would also have to get a manual rack because if you keep your power rack and get rid of your ps pump your car will be alot harder to turn then a manual rack.
I think you should keep the power steering because it uses like no power and if you want a performance car the ps will really help you out when you have to turn fast.

Take your belt off and go drive it because it wont be any faster.your car would just be too hard to turn.

I'll start with, if you have powersteering and it's working on the h22..... keep it.
Should you not listen to advice and believe it will benefit you in some way to remove your functioning powersteering, getting a manual rack, like said above will help in the low speed turning. If your cheap, remove the pump and bracket, loop the pressure line to the return line, and call it a day. Then get a gym membership so you can parallel park.
