Does my 92 accord 5spd trans work in a 6th gen accord 5spd

I have an extra 5 speed trans for my 92 accord and my friends 99 accord coupe 4cyl trans is in bad shape. I would like to know if my trans would work in his car?
    Thanks

I doubt it, your engine is a F22 while his an F23. Maybe possible but I don't know for sure.
    Current:
    2007 Acura TL Type-S 6MT KBP

    Past:
    1992 Honda Accord EX-R Sedan - RIP
    1991 Honda Accord EX-R Wagon - RIP 10/14/2010

Obd1 n obd2 harnesses are completely different I could work with alot of wiring involved not worth it. I tried to put a f22 auto I had laying around in a 6th gen it mounted but, again harness issues f harness is engine n chassis while the 6th gen is a 2 Piece chassis ...

Edit just noticed he meant manual lol

yes. I have a f23 out of a 02 accord with a h23 tranny on it and people swap there f22 tranny for that h23 tranny on there f22's because it has better gearing,It will work. Its a manual so obd does not matter, Your tranny has 3 wires for your speed sensor and 2 for your revise lights so it will. All f and h series manual trannys can interchange (not so for the f20c)"engine on the honda s2000"
Everything should just swap out with out any modification needed.
