    H22/F22 Wiring harness question

    Hey,

I have a misterious plug on the F22 wiring harness that I can't figure out. It is near the tree connections on the passanger side of the car. If you go from the passanger side tree down the harness and when it branches go toward the TB. There is a grey plug that I havn't a clue what it is. I've connected everything back to the H22 it just seems to be extra. It's also RIGHT next the ground wire. I was wondering if it's just extra or what?

Also, in this picture, if someone wouldn't mind telling me how to get my F22 harness to fit on this plug that is currently on the H22, I would be greatly appriciate it.

To anyone who has done the 4spd auto to 5spd manual swap, does anyone know how many EXTRA plugs they had on the F22 harness? I just want to make sure that i'm not forgetting something.

One last question, on the fuel rail, while I'm plugging in the F22 wiring harness to the H22 injectors. 2 out of 4 of the plugs are perfectly snug. No play...However, the other two plugs have about 2-3 milimeters of play (up/down). It seems like the connection is firm...but no *click*. I can't figure it out...is that ok?

Thanks to everyone that has helped me and the rest of the community. This is almost done, should be done Sat night =D

use the oil pressure sending unit from the f if you cant get the plug to plug into the h sending unit

are you talking about the ground on the thermostat housing?

if the loose plug you are talking about is the one hanging down in that picture(top right) im pretty sure thats for the o2 sensor.

I think you just cut the old wire, and attach it to that plug... or you switch the f22 one on..

The only other grey plugs I can remember, possibly egr, or the ect sensors that have to be switched(one on thermostat w/one on side of head)

I see. So the plug in the picture that I circled in RED is the oil sending unit...ok. I just need to pop the F22 one in their and call it a day.

The "mysterious" plug that I don't know where it goes isn't in the picture. I left my camera at home I'll see if it doesn't plug into the F22 EGR. Btw, the EGR is the black box above the charcol canister right?
