ok let me clear this up for him
Car: 96 accord coupe is obd2a and has a resistor box (which is why we are going to use the obd1 injectors also because the obd2b (lude injectors wont plug in)
Motor: h22a4 do we use an internal or external coil dizzy?
also weve read things about a potential problem with the crank sensor being on the crank side of the motor (h22a4) vs inside the dizzy like on my h22a1.
i have done an h22a1 swap in a cb7 myself but his is confusing

Did this swap myself and was a little confused. Found this site and it helped me out a bunch. Hope this clears the wiring issues up for yall.

Distributor Wiring
I've had quite a few requests for distributor wiring so I've taken the time to add this update. The only wiring I have is for the H22a equipped with an internal ignition coil.
Sensor OBDI wiring (prelude dist) OBDII wiring (accord dist)
TDC Orange/Blue Green
White/Blue Red
CKP Blue/Green Blue
Blue/Yellow White
CYP Orange Yellow
White Black

For the crank angle sensor. Look for the wire on the obd2 that has to plug up near the crank from the engine harness. Run the wire to the internal dizzy. I forgot what color wires but it should be what ever is left from finishing tkp, ckp, and cyp. If yall want things to be easier just buy the distributor jumper harness.Hybridnation
