H22 with P13 no check engine light

Hello. I have a problem with: check engine light circuit.

I have a p13 ecu installed ended on h22 swap.
The problem is that I do not get the CEL to start the vehicle.

Again I install PT3 ECU, if you turn on the check engine light on the dash.
    with this discard BULB.

I can do to get the CEL?

If you power the vehicle works.

    Thanks for your help

      Fuses under Hood is good

The fuses under the dash is good

The detail is that with PT3, if it works check engine light

But I reconnect the P13 and there is no check engine light

The car can be driven on and
But I can not check codes

Apparently the main relay is good.

I can do to get the light?
Is there another way to check the codes?

So the P13 wont turn the CEL on but the PT3 will? hmmm this is an odd one, it could be possible that the part of the ecu that runs the CEL is bad.

The only way to read codes is from the CEL flashes on OBD-1 engines/ecu's buy jumpering the 2 ports on the blue connector near the passenger front kick panel with a wire or paper clip.

jumpering the 2 ports already did. With the codes pt3 throws me.

I am guessing the ecu is starting to die, I would see if someone you know that has an obd1 h22 car or swap will let you borrow their ecu to check it also

Do not know anyone who has a P13, only I know have p28.

I was loaned to the p28 and that if I throw codes.
This very hard to get a p13 where I am.

Although I have started to think of something my p13 is 5 speeds.
My car was Automatic. The AT pt3 tasted.
                The AT P28 tasted.
The check light will not light because my harness is automatic?

sorry for my bad English, I try the best I can express myself

Disassemble the ECU and appear this flamed R53 resistance near the ECU connector A, pin beside the A11. Anyone know its value?.
                  Or an image diagram please.

Resistance R53 change working for approximate replacement.

Investigate the web and watch pro I was not the only thing the same thing happened but did not specify if it solved or not.
In my case it was the resistor R53. That is the solution.
Only P13. Check to see if there was something similar in other ECU but no. They are so similar.

Thank you for your help. And if someone happens something similar because you know what the problem is.
