Auto to manual swap NSS wiring

I found the thread on this, and I've read it over and over again but I'm still a bit confused.

I would've replied to the thread itself, but it was closed.

What exactly do I send the blue and red wire to?

The picture posted says to fuse 2 in the kick panel, but if I understand right that fuse goes to the ecu.

Why is it going there? What current does it need? Is it just a ground?

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it it. I want to make sure I splice into the right thing.

The plug at the fuse box should just be supplying 12v power. You need to ground it somewhere. The bracket for the center console isn't a bad option as it's right by where the relay would be installed at.

The NSS on the clutch pedal is basically just a "button" - when activated, it allows +12 volts of power to flow from the #2 jack in the fusebox, through the relay (activating it), then to the grounding point. Once the relay is activated, it bridges the connection between the two thick black/white wires - which links the connection from the key to the starter.

When the clutch pedal is not pressed, the relay is never activated, so the black/white wires are broken and not connected. This means the key won't turn the starter, preventing you from starting the car.

So I can just hit the red and blue with any 12v power? Sounds good. I appreciate the help.

I also appreciate the rest of your explanation on your other posts because now I have reverse lights!
