h23 swap

I was wondering if someone without flamin on me could give me a list of parts and brand names if posible to rebuild a h23 for a turbo setup i am getting the motor next month but it has a knock so it has to be rebuilt any help is appreciated

I also have a question about the h23 swap in general like do i have to get diff motor mounts? and is it true that everything jus plugs in? and what in whole do i need besides motor, ecu, tranny, dist, intake mani? should i swap the axles to or are the prelude ones to long? thanks

in general......you will use the Accord mounts but have to tap into the H23 trans (if you use the H22 or H23 trans) to put one of the trans mount bolts in. Nothing will plug right in unless you pull the motor harness off your old motor and swap it over to the new motor. You may have to extend a few wires to reach besause of different mounting locations of sensors and crap on the motor. Once that's swapped over, yes it will plug directly into your existing car wiring. The axles you use depend on the trans that you use and then sometimes the badge of the car will make a difference too (EX, LX, etc...) More than likely you will be using the Accord axles. That's some pretty general answers to your questions.
