F22B1 head

i know this has probley been comvered a 1000 times but i did a search and didnt see it . here is my question

all of the F series blocks are the same right ( EX F22A1 f22b1 f22a6) all of those use the same block right .

i know that the F22B1 is a VTEC motor . so is it a SOHC VTEC and if so would i just be able to swap the head from a F22B1 vtec onto my non-vtec f22A1block .
