been reading here, and have not found anyone that has swaped out for a 95 sohc vtec. i did, and am way happy. but i would have boosted even if i had gone the h22 route.

i have the f22b1 sohc with vtec in my 97 acura CL. It sucks man, no power low end or top end. I really don't see much of a point in doing this swap because for a couple hundred bucks you gain 10 hp and crummy vtec. Personally i would spend the extra 200 bucks and go h23. or really save up some money and get the h22. bottom line, there is no real advantages with f22b1 sohc w vtec.

wouldnt figure on that motor being in a 97 cl. well im not bragin or nuthin, and i have put some extra care into my engine. meaning its not stock. but i am happy.Comment
