i have a jdm h22a automatic in my 90 exr and i installed uberdata on it today. it ran my engine fine but my question is this. why is my "s" light flashing and it doesn't go into 1st gear at all now. so i put the stock p13 back in and got it running again the 30 sec later the p13 let out the magical white smoke. so now i don't have an ecu to run my car. anyway is there anything else i have to do to the p28 to get my tranny working properly?????

he should have an answer to this. he uses uberdata a lot.
now if you are gonna get rid of that P28 i am very interested.
only thing i could come up with is that the uberdata would be overiding the tranny ecu.
screw it change it to a 5spd. lol
i used to drive a auto and said i would never drive a stick. now look at me. i drive a 5spd everyday and wont settle for nothing else.

Convert the P28 to 5speed and the Auto tranny will shift normally again. If you are 90-91 then the "S" light will always flash, If you are a 92-93 then the "D4" light will always flash. This is something that you will never be able to fix because the civic/integra computer does not output the correct information to the accord/prelude TCU. But you can atleast get it shifting right if you use the 5-speed P28.Comment
