Whats the difference between between type sh, and normal preludes, i was looking for parts for my h22a4 and some say type sh only, is my engine out of a type sh or normal prelude? so i know what parts to buy. thanks

The SH had some sort of traction control called Active Torque Transfer System (ATTS). I believe that only affected the tranny though.

The H22a4 also has different rods and wider crank journals (?) than the H22a1.

i thought the SH prelude had the LSD.

The SH engine is hard to make work in the Accord VS any other prelude swap. Consider another swap to make it easy on yourself. The SH tranny does not fit directly in the Accord.

Having the H22A4 engine in a CB7 is possible. Having the full swap, thats tranny included is possible but its not easy. The tranny mount is different. Plus I believe the SH tranny size is also different. The SH is that because of the tranny equipped the ATTS.

most likely not. a sh is somewhat of a pain to deal with... and imo, complete garbage. i would take a base tranny w/o any type of lsd over a sh.
