pulling apart p13 ecu...

Ok, guys... heres where I hope my curiousity doesnt kill me.

I have a P13 ECU in my H22-Accord... and on it there are a couple
ghetto sitckers that say MUGEN CHIPS and MANUAL TRAN

I wanna know if this is actually a modified ECU, or if those stickers
are lying to me.

1. Is it ok just to disconnect the ECU? Should I disconnect the battery?

2. Where am I looking in it for some modification?


heres a pic of the outside... I havn't had the bawls to take it apart yet.

cmon guys... I just wanna open it up to snap some pics, and see whats what... maybe take a can of compressed air to it.

any precautions I should take?

nope just disconnect it and unscrew the 4 or so screws. There should be a chip on it some where that says mugen or spoon or something.
