    Would a P28 work?

anyone here kno if a chipped/tuned p28 would work for a f22b vtec head swap on a f22ax block?

I dont see why not... The chipped p28 worked on my stock f22 and its chipped for the h22.

yes brian it does work just went out and tried it after i got off the phone with you and the car fired right up and ran pretty good i don't know if i am supposed to change any wires on the ecu for like the o2 or egr but it threw no codes and i also don't know if the vtec wires need to be changed or not or if the POA vtec wires are in the same spot. I will take it for a ride tomorrow and find out if vtec works and see what all happens. mine isn't chipped i just borrowed it and i am gonna change the pins i used because i don't know if the ones i used are making a strong connection or not. So we'll see what happens tomorrow. Lata

the p28 pretty much works with every honda engine. chipping it, running tuning software or stand alone. using base maps the beyond would run the engine to its potential.

is it bad to run the p28 without any internal modification to the ecu on an f22b1 in a 92 accord? That is what i have hooked up and i don't know if it is running too lean or what.
