Okay, I've got a 91 Accord EX.

A guy has a head for sale (f22a1).

Just wondering if this would swap onto my block, and be the only thing I'd have to change?

your car is equipped with an f22a4/6 (better than an a1). If you want to swap it over, it will. They are pretty much the same thing, possibly with different cam profiles. If you need more info, try searching.
