H23 headswap issues????

Before people start flaming and needing diaper changes...I already searched. will the F22ax intake manifold and headers be reusable when doing a H23 head swap? (could i use the a6 manifold and my ex headers until future upgrade?) What about the dizzy? could i use the F22 internal coil/external coil? also how would i handle the knock sensor issue? running a p14?thanks in advance.
