alright here's my dilema, oneoffaccord and i have been working on my '92 lx h22 swap. the car was originally automatic, but we changed it over to 5 speed. we sawpped a '94 usdm h22a in and everything. we did a little trick as suggested by cp[mike] with washers on the drivers side mount to drop the motor down about a half inch. that worked fine and all the belts went on the pulley fine. but when i tightened the tensioners the power steering belt hits the inner fender wall just alittle where the drivers wount is welded in, we have no clue why and i'm wondering if anyone else had this problem and how to fix it. the front and drivers mounts are both stock accord one, the trans and rear mount are both prelude 5 speed.... any ideas???

When I did my swap, I used all accord mounts. The h22 tranny has pre-drilled holes that match up with the accord's tranny mount. All you have to do is tap it. It lines up nicely.Stolen out of Circuit City Parking Lot :
