a solid code means the ecu is bad, but try resetting it and see if it goes away

I already resetted it by disconecting the battery? and still comes on. If it was a bad ecu wouldnt my vtec not working? Everything seems to be working fine with the CEL though.

you might try hooking a switch up to the cel jumper so you can flip it while driving and see whats up. sometimes the codes disappear like you say after turning the car off or coming to a stop even.

thats one way of reseting, another way is to pull the 7.5 back up fuse in the fuse box, but it should be the same thing,

What kind of switch to hook up? But yeah it comes on after maybe at least 5 mins. of driving but sometimes even longer and dissapears when car is shut off.

Thanks! I'll try that but what's the procedure? Connect the toggle switch on the service connector, start the car then drive and wait for the CEL to come on and when it comes on switch the toggle switch to on? Then it will give me the codes right?
