Help Idle Surging/ Sensitive Throttle !!!!!!!

oh hey d112crzy i just remembered it wasnt the dynotunedh22 map it was a base map but looks simaler to the dynotunedh22 one just leaner

ok so ive fixed the iacv and it idles fine now but it soemtimes dies, like ill start it up and a few seconds later it dies and i still have sensitive throttle what else could be causing it to have sensitive throttle?
