Control box on accord firewall?

Am i supposed to use the control box on the firewall and if so what am I supposed to do with it??

Yes you use it thats where all your emissions control is, you connect all the vacum lines from there to the intake manifold's different components.

and as far as adding wires, you have to add them all the way to the ecu plug, right? from the pluf through the firewall and into the ecu plug?
