    New heart for the CB7

    UPDATE: PICS!!!!

well guys after research and all the bs about smog on jdm motor ive decided to just drop another F22a motor back in. future turbo mods will take care of the hp reasons but thats another topic and project down the road. i get the f22a motor in longblock form for $595 + tax equaling a gt of $641.xx cents.
shipping was free and its overnight shipping. yeah i ordered this thing at about 3:45 p.m and they said "we'll see yea tomarrow morning. i was like f@#$ yeah thats what im talking about. i will be posting pics and info as i go for the superior noobs like myself. i know there is already a how to on this but having pics of engine pulls step by step are always cool. im hoping to do it this weekend. any help or advise/info while im doing this or before i start would be great.( like certain tools to have or watch out for this kinda stuff)

    UPDATE: PICS !!!!!!!

k guys just got the motor and it looks pretty good. anything i should look for like external stuff that is common to break or may be broken. remember its in longblock form so it only has dizzy and spark plug and wires. it has a timing belt on it. but let me know on what i should check.

              Thanks

thanks. i didnt run right at all because it had a HUGE HUGE vac. leak between the engine block and the intake manifold. there was a piece of huge gasket between there that was keeping it from sealing. i cant believe i didnt see it. it was painted over it from the company. but now it runs great and just got it smoged today and passed first try with no problems
