You could use the stock harness...No need to spend the extra money. Just buy some wires/soldering gun/electrical tape and call it a day.

if i bought this couldnt i just plug and play and no mess? also one more question, does the water pump from the f22a fit the h22a? how about the timing belt? i ask because i barely replaced the water pump and timing belt on my f22 then it died on me, so if i switch to the h22 i don't want to buy another water pump and timing belt plus all the gaskets. i will buy the gaskets just i dont want to buy another water pump and timing belt....

that really doesn't help much, you still need to wire it into the ECU. i wouldn't call this plug and play. you could just as easily do it yourself
