when swappin the h22 do u have to swap the axles and if so which ones do i need

Does this apply to both Autos and Manuals? I had an Auto with and H22 swap and I used the Accord's axles. When i swap in my H22 into my new 5 speed, do i use the axles and the half shaft of the Accord?Stolen out of Circuit City Parking Lot :
