i have been looking for a site that sells a complete manual f22a6 engine and tranny or a motor similar to it like a f20a. ive found the motor by itself or with an auto but hardest part is finding a 5 speed transmission. and i dont want to pay 800 dollars for a h22 tranny. any thing helps.

It's not easy finding older non-performance engines. Nobody bothers to advertise the low-end engines. Your best bet is to look at junk yards, people parting out cars, or people that have recently done swaps. That, or call any of the reputable engine distributors (hmotorsonline.com is the best of all, IMO) and ask them to find one for you. I'm sure they would.

im lookin for 1 to and came across is. there are a few diff sellers but this guy was like the cheapest...
and the f20a.. i bought it off ebay for 600 shipped. jus type in f20a sohc. theres also a f20a dohc that i didnt no about til 2 weeks later

yea i had an engine and tranny for it cus i did an h swap but i want to take the h out and put it in a crx. so i dont want to buy another h22 when i have one. and i already got rid of my original engine and tranny a long time ago. i have a couple of friends that have done the swap to but all they have is the engine and no tranny cus they opted to go cheaper and use there f series tranny.I won a game of connect four in only three moves
