f22b sohc vtec head into 3g accord...will it work?

i just bought a f22b sohc vtec head and this kid wants to buy it and put it in his 3g accord (i think its an 88 but im not sure)

i have the head and the ecu....both from a 95 accord...will that swap work and what else will he need?

You'll also need a F20-22 block to make it work. That A20 is very diffrint from a F block.

the B20A jdm 86-89 accord is the best IMO but the 5spd tranny that goes with it is a pita to find

it has 160hp and 148tq i believe... just like the f22b dohc
regardless it beats 160hp 111tq from a b16a..

ive seen someone stuff a h22a but it took alot of work and money and time

imo.. do what my buddy deever is gonna do.. boost the a20a..

the block itself is entirely cast iron.. and it has iron sleeves.. one strong motha fucka basiclly.. it has 8:8:1 compression just like the F.. and can handle boost so good..

sean collins from accordcentral.com ran his stock a20a with 188k at 15+psi for a while with no problems.. its all in the fuel management.. eh im done ranting..
