Will a stock JDM h22a Exhaust Manifold Upper Half Mate with a USDM after market lower half?

most likely not as teh DC header that almost all aftermarket ones are based on is a longer upper and shorter lower than stock.

The 2 stock manifolds should work together. There is no visible difference when you have them side by side.
However, a stock top end has a very different connector for the bottom end than an aftermarket setup has.
