    Firing on 2 cylinders help!

ok so i did this long swap process i got a 4door accord that my h22 was in. ran fine and everything. i take the motor out and put it in my new coupe and for some reason its only firing on 2 cylinders..Its firing 4 and 1. 2 and 3 are dead i took them out they smell like gas so i assume that there is gas but just no spark. any idea? im dumb when it comes to this kinda stuff =/
