    a/c cuts off on high

    Recently my a/c cuts off on high. It works through all the other turns, but when on the highest setting it turns off. Anyone have a clue what could cause this? Thanks.

    it could be this resistor attached to the blower motor. I believe it controls the fan speeds.


    I've got a spare blower motor that I can part that piece out for you if you'd like. I know for sure it works, since I just took this blower motor out of my car this past friday. Just that resistor part. I just replaced my blower motor from one at the JY b/c my fresh/recirc motor was binding and not allowing the vents to open/close completely. So PM me if interested.
