    Manual/Automatic clusers interchangable?

My odo and trip meter is broke, but my speedo is just fine. I'm just going to buy a new cluster.

But I wanna do the auto to manual swap whenever I get the money, which might not even be this summer. I thought about waiting until THEN to get a new cluster, but its too far away, I need to keep track of my mileage to see how my MPG is doing, its driving me nuts not knowing.

So could a Manual cluster plug right up to an automatic car?

So I guess there is some hassle with using a manual cluster on an auto cb7?

No hassle. Plugs right in. I've already done this.

On a side note, I still have my 93 LX auto cluster collecting dust in the garage...
