Dawg, I already stated that the dealer simply reset the valve lash to stock settings (what Helms states in manual). It under $100...for a valve lash readjustment bleh...but it wasn't a crapload...point is they didn't do nutting different then I did....so I guess I didn't screw up...the engine is just old....so they say 
I can't wait to get this project engine in a rust-free CB7....anyways, at least I got my upper RPM power back
