Headlight Problems

PROBLEM: My lights have acted weird for the past couple of months

- First they wouldn't turn on at all so I checked the battery cables and noticed they were extremely dirty so I cleaned them. My lights would turn on normal after that.
- Even after that my lights wouldn't turn on sometimes but I would leave the car on or turn it on and off over and over again, then they would turn on.
- After that, they would turn on but when the car was cold they would flicker on and off until the car was hot.
- NOW they don't turn on AT ALL. The cables are clean, I even replaced the clamps with new ones, trimmed the wires, cleaned them yet they still don't turn on.

I checked the fuses and they're fine, I checked the bulbs and they're fine too.

what about the connectors for the bulbs? they could be faulty...never know.

True. But it's weird because the lights were working 2 days ago and not anymore, I checked the cables and they both look fine but I'm not sure if they would be faulty or not

does the connection look burnt or discolored in any way?

Nope, I took off the bulbs and the connections look fine.

Sounds like bad ground or loose ground to the battery. Check the cables to battery and to fender.

It was the "Lighting Relay" that needed to be replaced, got one at the junk yard.
