    strat up problem

i know it aint a CB but im guessing some have had experience with EG's (civic 90-95)

    car: 1992 civic dx 5speed
    problem: crank, no start
    engine: d15b7

    steps taken:

-opened the fuel rail bolt (no Fuel psi)
    - cranked engine (no spark)
    - put gas in vehicle (no PSI, no spark)
    - checked timing belt (100k miles, honda factory)
    - replaced main relay (no fuel psi, no crank)
    - replaced fuel pump (was leaking)
    - checked distribuitor (fine)
    -added a head-to-chassi ground
    -cleaned the thermostat ground(still nothing)

    notes:

at first we thought it was the computer, we changed it with mine (chipped p28) nothing
the CEL light dont come on with any computer (guessing bulb is blown)
the engine looks like it hasnt been run in a while (everything is stock)
no voltage to fuel pump (FP does run)

i've tried most of ma tricks but i've run out of ideas
if u got an idea or suggestion please post
    thanks

Did you check for fuel at the fuel filter? If there still isn't any fuel there then the problem exists in the line between the pump and the filter. Did you take the hose off of the fuel pump and see if it squirts fuel there?

well theres no voltage going to the fuel pump and theres no check engine light when key is in "ON"

either a main relay or a broken wire from the relay to the fuel pump...more than likely anyways....just make sure their is voltage to the main relay, and it would prolly be safe to say its bad...if u want to make sure the wire is good, check resistance on the wire from the pump to the relay with an ohm meter, should be low like .2 ohms...

wire the pump straight to the battery.

That won't solve your no spark problem tho.

Check the plug behind the back seat that goes to the fuel pump.
