    Need some quick help...ABS Related

    Hey guys, I'm in need for some quick help(my daily is down)...
    We replaced my master cylinder and went to bleed all the brakes and the problem showed up...

    The FR and RL brakes will not bleed. Pumping just as we did the others, these two simply dribble out at best. The others doing the typical stream.

    If we open the bleeder valve and then pump a single time, it streams out as it should when we've pumped pressure into them.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, and the sooner the better in this case because work and school definately can't be put on hold.. Thanks guys

    Edit;
    The Zone says;
    We've airlocked the system. Pumping the pedal is bad on ABS units, you should press the pedal down a single time and then opent he bleeder value, repeating until it's steady. Truth behind this?

    Try bleeding the abs unit. U should c a lil bleeder valve to the left and below of the reservoir.

      That valve doesn't do anything, acts like the FR and LR.

        You need to have a special tool or something to bleed the ABS system I think.
        wat?

          Yes. Doing any major work to the ABS system requires spec tools and is not very simple.

            I can think of nothing but a pressure bleeder being considered special about the operation of this setup.. And I have one. I guess it's time to delete the ABS. Thanks guys!

                yea you dont need a special tool.

                just do what i did and ditch the ABS. much easier to fix your brakes because everything is straight forward. less hassle. a bitch to brake in the rain though lol

                  So after some researching, I think I'd rather keep my ABS than take it off..

                  We went back tot he shop last night for a few minutes to try bleeding the ABS valve like tear2 said with the results I posted. We ended up pulling the new mastercylinder off, which wasn't under vaccum like the original. The original you could hear the vaccum pressure relesing from the booster when it was removed, on this one though, nothing.

                    jus wondering.. are you losing fluid from the mc when you pump the brake? maybe there is a leak on one of those lines and thats why your not able to bleed them.

                    try replacing the mc. i got one at autozone for 80$ with a lifetime warranty. not a bad deal id say

                      No leaking from anywhere, being the FR and RL not bleeding and now the ABS unit not bleeding either, something is definately not right.. I talked with some people who said the booster should have had vaccum on it when we removed it but they said that still shouldn't effect them bleeding..

                      They had no clue on why 1 front and 1 rear would bleed, they said if it's building pressure in one then it should be building pressure in the other.. :\

                      Hell, not even a month ago, both fronts bled fine.

                        mayb the lines are clogged or something. thats mad weird.

                        your only other option would be to delete the abs but theres no point in doing that if the lines still wont bleed.

                          Yea, the lines being clogged was a thought, but definately not possible, if I push the brake down a single time with the bleeder already open, it flows out like normal.

                          It seems that these two lines are leaking pressure somehow, without leaking fluid.. :\

                            Ok, so after another phone call, maybe I have something to go on.

                            Say the lines coming from the master cylinder feed the brakes FR+RL / FL+RR.

                            Is there any chance of this or do the lines definately feed FR+FL / RR+RL??

                            It would seem after buying a new master cylinder, the ABS equiped accords indeed have a setup where 1 line controls FR and RL and the other does the FL and RR... All is fixed now.. Thanks for all the assistance..
