to much fuel car wont start

ok so i was driving today and i was behind someone driving very slow, so i went to pass them and as soon as my car down shifted it started to stutter. i came to a stop light and as soon as the idle dropped the car stalled out. finally got it home, checked the spark plugs and they were fouled, replaced them but same thing. the only way to get the car to start is to turn the key and pump the gas then hold the pedal so the idle dosent drop, meantime the car is stuttering hard and exhaust smells like pure fuel. any ideas? (H22) thanks.

      check u FPR

hold a flathead screwdriver to the inyector and place ur ear at the end of it and hear every click (chek for the one thats not clicking

      is ur ECU chipped

      if not
      check o2
      knock sensor

      if u have a vafc
      check connection

and most importantly do u have any CEL?

I went to his house & tested a few things...

1.the voltage of the wires going to the internal coil>>>it was to specs
2.the resistance of the internal coil>>>it was ok but not perfect so I changed it
3.I checked to see if the injectors were clicking evenly>>>they seem like they were
4.I checked the oil>>>it only had like a qourt so I added more
5.I swapped my ignitor for his>>>his works just fine in my motor
6.I did a compression test>>>the results were 210 in all except #3 which had 0 (twice)
7.I swapped my OBD2 fuel pressure regulator for his>>>it didnt solve anything
8.I swapped my rotor for his>>>it didnt solve anything

I noticed that after we changed the internal coil, there was finally spark going to the cyclinders. but after starting it he still had to keep the RPMs high as hell to keep it from dieing.
