    Transmission shifting

Ok so my manual transmission just came back from the shop for a seal that was leaking and an axle (under swaps section). My transmission was just fully rebuilt in February of this year and lately when I shift from first to second and then from second to third and third to fourth theres no problem USUALLY. When I shift from fourth to fifth, it grinds like my syncros aren't mating correctly. I can push it in harder but it still grinds.

To avoid this I have to do either one of two things.
1)Double clutch.... I'm not dumb I know double clutching doesn't do anything for speed or performance up shifting.
    OR
2)Leave it in neutral with the clutch in for a few seconds (5-8) and then shift into fifth.

This problem some times happens in second and third too. I've missed a gear racing on the track once because my transmission WOULD NOT go into gear, I pulled the shifter down and it just ground and wouldn't slip in. I had to let the clutch out in neutral and then put the clutch back in and go into second.

Does any one else have this problem and if so, have you fixed it before?
Been a long time. Still alive...
