Battery light comes on...please help?

My battery light was coming on under normal drive and when i start to beat on the car it it turns off. So i went out and bought a brand new battery and still does the same thing..any one know what it can be.
P.S the car is all stock expect a cd player and 2" cat-back

yah, def. sounds like an alternator issue. However, i'd also check fuses. May also be a problem w/the main relay or the ignitor. I love to diagnose things, but all in all, I bring my shit to my mechanic when im clueless.

Class A alternator problems. get it checked out. I had the EXACT same problem with my car.
