Motor Mount Inserts?

I was just on ebay, and energy suspension has some inserts on there for a 90-93 Accord with manual transmissions. I was just wondering if anybody knows what the torque positions are, here is the link, if anybody knows what its talking about or knows what mount this insert if for lemme know.

If anybody has links to where i can get rear mount inserts please post the link b/c i am in need extremely bad. I will get the mount insert for the front also, just to help out that much more.
