Vtec solenoid are they the same?

I'm looking at an h22a1 for my ride. It's from a 93 lude, it's obd1.

It doesn't have a Vtec Solenoid attached to it. There is an engine from what appears to be a 97 Lude beside it.

Can I grab the Vtec Solenoid off the the 97 Lude Motor and put it on the 93 Lude Motor?
