sub frame help

so yea my car understeered into a curb bumped my left side tire into the body and ive changed tension rod, both control arms, and friend told me to check sub frame does it go buy any other name any body have similar experiences to give me some pointers i just began tuning my accord so im not too familar with all the techs pics would be great too thanks

Usually the spindle gets bent before the subframe.

Is the camber visually different side to side?
How about spacing between the tire and the rear of the front fender (just infront of the door)? Do the finger test when judging the space.
