So i think i got my dizzy wet when i Power washed under the hood a few days ago.Its been running ruff under 2gs and then backfires and runs fine for a bit. Then it looses all power and backfires again, and it sounds like out the intake, but i could be wrong. Any ideas? could i just ake the dizzy apart and clean it?

everything is fine, and not wet. I wired a pusg-button switch to my ECU, and the code that comes up is a O, which is the o2 sensor. But would it fail b/c i wshed under the hood? can i clean it? i recently X-out the flex pipe and had my exhaust welded, could this cause it?
The CEL light just comes on and stays on, thats a code 1 right?

Sounds like you need to check your code definitions. Here's the DIY: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...&highlight=CELOriginally posted by CB7Jay1 View Posteverything is fine, and not wet. Code 0 is bad ecu, and the light would not come on. Code 1 would be one fast blink, pause for about 3 seconds, and then a fast blink again, repeated forever.
Is there oxidation on the contacts inside the cap? You should pull it off and take some sand paper ( or a knife, or a flat head screwdriver) to the contacts and just rough them up so you can see shiny metal. Also check the contact on the rotor. My guess is that the water got in and rusted them up, which will kill your car fast.1992 Prelude S w/swapped H22A
