1990 Accord - No Spark

Have a 1990 Accord. Seemed to be loosing power over a couple week time frame (lacked the acceleration it used to have) Eventually just about died and would not rev over 1100rpm. (still would start though)
Car now will not start and it appears as though I do not have spark. I have pulled a plug, plug it back into its wire, laid it on the block and turned the engine over…nothing. I checked the ignition coil (ohms) according to the manual and it appears to be good. Replaced the rotor for the heck of it. (there seemed to be a white dust over everything under the cap) Wires, cap and plugs are less than a year old. Any ideas as to what to check next? Thanks

open the distributor cap. and try to start the car. see if it rotates. if not then u got to change the timing belt. lol. other than that it got to be a fuel problem or a fuel presure problem.
