    starting trouble

    ok this isnt my car (obviously)

    my dad's shop is working on a 93 lx.. you start it up let it run for awhile and everything is fine.. but when the d4 light starts blinking and blinks when you go to start it..it wont start and there is no fire st the dizzy...what is causeing this problem??
