    Emergency BRAKE Strength?

Is it possible to i guess tighten the emergency break or something so it holds stonger. Ive want to make it so if i ever pull it while driving it will actually lock up the tires. yeah it probably sounds stupid me wanting to do this but i do. When i have pulled it while driving it always slowly slows me down. I want it to actually lock up the tires.

what can i do to the break to make it lock up the tires?

shorten the cables, it should only be a certain amount of clicks

just be sure the brake isn't applied when you let off, that would be too short

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

If you have drum brakes they probably need to be adjusted.
          wat?

after you've adjusted the cables, make sure the rear wheels still spin freely with the ebrake off. If they are locked then you made the ebrake cables too short

                          No.

You adjust your drums by turning the adjuster with a flat head.

                          wat?

Sorry, I had to get that out.

Is there a specific reason you're wanting to do this?
It's very dangerous, as you can EASILY lose control of the car while doing this.
You can damage the car, hurt yourself, or even worse... hurt someone else.
Not to mention, it will cause premature wear on your rear brakes.

i see there is a vid there to show how to adjust rear brakes, i'll just add that once they are adjusted properly you will find the e-brake will probably be ok. the main rear brake adjustment has to be good otherwise the e-brake will be loose.
