Ok so my main seal went bad and it leak lots of oil, this past 2days I replace the seals, water pump and new belts. Timing was set fine. I started the car and ran perfect like always. So not even 5mins later of driving the car the car loses power lights are weak and dash lights the car has no power or idle and to top it all off the cat is glowing red as the car dies and smokes. What happen? Is it running to rich?

With the glowing exhaust...that is your timing. Sounds like you are missing a ground somewhere and your battery died on you.Comment

are your alternator power/ground connections tight? That green plug has a tendency to walk out and what ends up happening is that your car will run on just the battery until its sucks the life out of it. Thats one possibility. I'd recheck your timing also.Comment
