Smog Problem!

Today i tried to smog my car.
I wasn't able do to my header.
The guy said the reason is because i don't have the part number and stuff for it.
So he thinks it is illegal.

I plan on buying a new one anyways.
What BRAND of header is the best?
Any opinions?
