Well the last day of driving the F22A1 I had a real bad problem with the car studdering upon acceleration...I figured it might be something to do with the A1 ignition.
I swap it with the F22B...and it runs great for the first 4-5 days, then the problem started again. Basically everything ignition wise is new, new fuel filter and such.
Heres what it does...when accelerating the engine studders like if it is getting no fuel...it'll do that at random times. Also it has a new thing it likes to do-when Im driving steady keeping the RPMs and speed steady, the speedo will be acting crazy...the needle will be jumping up and down very fast. It also backfires quite a bit when its doing its studdering phase.
Im thinking it might be something fuel related, maybe fuel pump?My buddy said it could be emissions-since I keep the EGR from the F22B? I thought it might be something ignition wise, but everything is new. Could it be the main relay, fuel pump?
