    Steering rack freezing?

So yesterday morning was 8 degrees out, and i went to start my car up and when it did the wheel cut to the right as the PS pump built pressure and it was stuck! I didnt want to force it to the left casue it felt like i was about to break tierods!

This morning, 5 degrees out, same thing happened and after running for two minutes PS fluid started to spit out the resovoir cap!? once 15mins goes by and everything is warming up the steering is fine.????

I think i might have water in the system, but how the hell is that!? Or the PS fluid is too cold? Why would it cut to the right like that?

Yea...its this cold out and my dam blower fan for heat went two days ago, so now i have my dash ripped apart, and no glovebox and i swear i feel cold air blowing in the car no blower fan in sight around here. and now this WTF!

Either the power-steering fluid you use is not capable of lower temps or you have water, as you stated. Either way, drain the system and replace with Honda approved power-steering fluid.

So this morning my wheel was cutting back and forth by itself!!!! so i cut the dam belt....thats right i just cut the dam thing. I tried to get the pump out but everything id rusted. Im gonna try when its warmer outside.

Would a bad pump cause the wheel to turn byitself?and when i try to stop it, it does and gets stuck were i stopped it.????? this is effin pissin me off!!!
