are the allowable emissions different from an accord to a prelude?

my car will be putting out the emissions that are usually found in a prelude, but of course when they enter my info... theyll be entering that my car is an accord. im hoping the allowable emissions will be the same between the two motors since theyre both 2.2ltr.

i have a cat, smog canister and egr... what else might i be missing since i had the swap done?

For reference, I plan on taking my car to a ref so that it can be tested as a 'lude.
